Sparkring introduces the total digital signage solution composed with the signage client based on the low cost Sigma-Design's EM-8623L SoC and the signage content management server (CMS) based on JSP and mySQL.
The low cost EM-8623L signage client and Sparkring's easy-to-edit signage content management server consists a cost-effective combination of low-cost HD video signage solution.

Sparkring's NXP Media Player Solution has been integrated as a part of multimedia elevator controller in Tainan Far Eastern Plaza Hotel.
Sparkring works with iDi system to provide the multimedia player based on NXP's Trimedia PNX-1702 DSP as a part of the elevator controller in Tainan Far Eastern Plaza Hotel which is opened in 2008.

Sparkring's application for a SBIR project has been passed successfully. This advanced project is to study the advanced face recognition techniques.
Sparkring has been studied on the face recognition since 2007. A face detection mechanism has been integrated into a Trimedia based DPF platform using PNX-170x/PNX-150x DSP.

[ CES 2008, Las Vegas, US ] Sparkring Computer Introduces prototypes of Smart Digital Photo Frame series.
Cooperating with iDi system, Sparkring Computer will introduce our new Smart Digital Photo Frame (SDPF) series. Several Prototypes will be shown. The digital signage software will be displayed on this show as well. New features, such as face recognition and vioce command will be demostated. These prototypes are designed in novel artistic style.
